Terms Of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to appointments booked with Black Oak Barbering. By booking an appointment or using the site, you accept these terms.

Services are booked through the online booking system, which confirms your time and the service selected. Walk-ins are welcome whenever the chair is free, but booking ahead is the only way to guarantee a time, since there is one chair and one client at a time.

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. Black Oak is a single-chair shop, so an empty slot cannot be filled by another client on short notice. We ask for at least [NOTICE PERIOD] notice where possible. You can cancel or reschedule through the link in your confirmation or by calling (833) 481-4148.

If you arrive significantly late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. The following appointment cannot be pushed back, as the next client's time is theirs. We will always do our best to give you the full service within the time remaining.

Card and cash are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.

Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and may change. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price that applies to your appointment.

Black Oak Barbering provides grooming services on a best-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability for any loss arising from services provided is limited to the cost of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
