This privacy policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
When you submit the contact form on this site, we receive the name, email, phone number, and message content you enter.
Appointment details — including the time you select and any service notes — are handled by the third-party booking provider described below.
We use the information you send through the contact form to respond to your enquiry. Appointment details are used to manage your booking and to send you confirmations and reminders.
We do not use your information to send marketing messages.
Appointment scheduling and payment are handled by a third-party booking platform. When you book online, your booking and payment details are processed by that provider under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review that provider's policy before booking.
Contact form messages are retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and provide the service. Appointment records are kept for as long as is necessary to manage your appointments and the operation of the shop.
Your information is not sold and is not shared for marketing purposes. It is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the business — for example, the booking platform that handles appointments and payments.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask that it be deleted, by emailing blackoakbarbering@gmail.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
This website uses basic analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. These tools may use cookies to collect anonymous usage data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date shown below reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
